Welcome to E‑commerce Plus +. By accessing our platform, registering for an e-social number, or participating in our grant programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agreement & Financial Obligations

By registering on the platform, you specifically agree to the following financial commitments which are required to maintain an active status and access platform benefits:

• Monthly Recharge: You agree to pay a monthly e-social number recharge of ₦1,000. This is mandatory for continuous activation and access to grants, discounted transport, and healthcare support.
• Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of ₦5,000 applies to specific categories (e.g., Students) as outlined in the program details.

2. Student Grant Program Specifics

Students applying for the ₦1.1 Million grant must strictly adhere to the following referral and maintenance policy:

• Referral Requirement: After registering, you must invite at least 10 non-students (family, friends, or traders) to register on the platform.
• Active Status: You must ensure your referrals maintain their monthly ₦1,000 recharge. Your eligibility for grant disbursement is tied to the active status of your network.
• Disbursement Schedule: Grants are paid in cycles of four (4) months through Sterling Bank. You must open a Sterling OneBank account using the Agent Ref. Code CHUKN615.

3. Merchant & Service Provider Terms

SMEs and Traders: By listing products, you agree to fulfill orders promptly. Grants of ₦250k–₦500k are awarded based on sales activity and platform engagement.

Transport & Healthcare: Service providers must accept the platform's digital vouchers (Miles & More/Health Pass) and will be reimbursed according to the agreed settlement cycle (T+1 or T+2).

4. Technology Partner

The platform is powered and maintained by MicNet Concept International. All technical support, data management, and platform security are handled under their purview.
